Kaila Beach Hotel - All Inclusive

Location, the fact that was new and clean, close to the beach. Staff was nice and polite. Big selection of drinks and snacks included. Hairdresser Savaş was very professional, Spa was super relaxing. Food was delicious.

Housekeeping could of done a little better job. Air conditioning did not work and the room got very hot during the night. Loud noises at night due to barking dogs and early trash truck at 6:20.

Food, we were never hungry it was everywhere. Staff polite and friendly. Barbershop, not only they did my husband’s haircut well but they also have a lovely parrot that they let our daughter to play with. In overall I think it was a great deal, we were just for the weekends from another city. We were so sad to leave it.

I really enjoyed my stay. Great value for money! Friendly staff and great food! I needed a late check out, and they were very accommodating. Had to pay a small fee, which is absolutely fine. I never felt ripped off here like in other hotels, which I appreciated.

Everything.For us it was the second time we stay at Kaila and everytime we can come in Alanya,definitely we are going to stay at Kaila. Perfect location,perfect staff and food,we felt like in our home. Best choice in Alanya

The biggest plus of the hotel—Bravo to the chefs, the food was very tasty and diverse, with different meats and fish daily, as well as fruits. A solid rating 10, better than in other similar hotels.

Entry into the sea is very narrow, half the hotel is there, making it very unpleasant to push through to swim. Organized activities are very poor, practically non-existent. The à la carte dinner—it's better not to go. We chose Italian cuisine, risotto—overcooked rice, with cheap squid sticks instead of seafood. Shameful, but not à la carte. The food in the everyday restaurant is much tastier and more diverse. The pool in front of the hotel—extra-chlorinated water; even though I’m not allergic, I had an allergic reaction. The cleaning staff—rating 2. Very disorganized, they came randomly from 10 AM to 4 PM, making it impossible to plan when to be in the room or when to leave. They forgot to take out the bathroom trash for two days.
