Beautiful 1-Bed Apartment in Cork

Beautiful location host was very welcoming and on hand to provide any support when it was needed

Very clean apartament and cozy

Compact apartment with parking. The bed was very comfortable. It was fine for 1-2 nights.

The TV channels were not working. One of the heaters was not working. The curtains did not cover the top of the window so it let some light into the bedroom. The living room could do with a little lamp.The bathroom fan goes on for too long when you turn the light on.

Location was good, as were access and check-in.

It wasn't the most polished spot. Paint goes a long way, but you do sometimes need to plaster a wall to put a nice finish on it.

A room, a building as clean as one is can clean an old building with old furnishings. The room was warm, and had a decent bed – I must admit that. Hot water! Yes!

The staircase (creaky wooden steps) is from the mid-19th century. The location is 15-20 meters from the train tracks, you can check this on Google Earth, but whether it’s because of the quality of the tracks or the curve, the trains come every 15 minutes (working days) starting at 6:30 a.m., making a loud noise. I can't describe the smell in the stairwell and the apartment, the mildest way to put it is 'unpleasant'. The absolute phenomenon is the lack of a wardrobe, drawers, or even a single hook (not even in the bathroom). There is no hanging mirror in the bathroom. You’ll be parking in paid parking lots in the city center.

It was very cosy and felt like home. I highly recommend this property as I enjoyed it with my friend. The price was reasonable for the location.

Only downside is the trek into town and the early check out time.

Convenient to rail station

Floor tiles in bathroom loose and grout crumbling. Did not dare walk barefoot in bathroom! TV did not work and no toaster in kitchen.
