Clean and tidy, near work

Was hoping for a bath rather than just a shower

Bed comfortable

Stains on roof and blinds didn’t shut properly. Also not clear what lock box was meant for us.

The apartment was spacious and the location is fantastic

The shower cubicle leaks, so I had to use my one location towel to mop up, and the shower head doesn’t stay in place

The WIFI is abysmal could not connect

The property was well located in the centre of Eccles town near to shops bars and for where I had to go. It was spacious with TV, working kitchen, comfortable seating area and hot water.

Gaining access was problematic with the owner/flat manager showing a bad attitude and who failed to meet at a pre arranged time. The WiFi did not work, the iron was broke(this had been a previous comments) Front door lock was broken.

Location and heating is good. Eccles is convenient.

We had a gang of 12 or more teenagers in Apartment 2 across a small landing from Apartment 1. Drunk, swearing, banging, playing loud music, smoking canabis which came into our apartment. Endured for 4+ hours. Intimidating and unpleasant experience for me and my daughter. Banging on our door. Unable to leave apartment. Called owner who did not call me back when I asked him to. Not very helpful and I would imagine doesn't care. Wouldn't recommend staying here for this reason as felt unsafe. Road and rail noise is very noticeable especially when trying to sleep. Shabby and not the cleanest but for the money could see past this. Photos show it at its best. Not representative of stains and poor cleaning carried out in reality. Would have to pay me to stay here again. Next time, I'll pay £80 more for a nicer place/area. Wifi was horrendous. If you want to watch the TV, be prepared for it to lose signal every 10-20 mins. Very frustrating. Iron did not work so boight one in Morrisons which is a short walk away. Shame, as it could be great but it really isn't.

Very comfortable and really good value for money

Clean , comfortable and close to hospital as this was the reason for my stay.
