Location was fantastic and on first impressions this property was great.

Definitely a “lived in” apartment. Could probably do with a bit of TLC but for the price we paid we couldn’t moan too much.

The camp bed mattress was really dirty the sofa bed was so uncomfortable 😐 there was water stains on the roof

The location and ease of getting into the property

Pretty much everything else, no Wi-Fi tv didn’t work properly when I tried contacting the property I got no response the beds aren’t comfortable the lot

Value for money and location, and a nearby car park was convenient. The kitchen seemed adequate.. although we only stayed one night and didn't get to use anything other than the kettle..

Had to wait 25/ 30 mins. for the toilet cistern to fill up between flushes. (resorted to using a bucket) Bedding, although clean, felt rather old, one of the duvet was ripped and had pieces coming off it.. ?. Sofa beds, not great for the kids, glad, We had an air mattresses in tow...

The property was situated in a great place and it was a good price. The full access without having to bother staff and also the excellent communication from the host prior and giving us everything in an email.

The fold down bed was broken so we were unable to sleep on it and the mattress was dirty. We couldn’t open a window in the living room as the key was broken and had snapped in the lock. Door handle from bedroom to bathroom was very loose. The sofa was extremely uncomfortable so much so we sat on the floor. The clothes stand in the bedroom is broken.

It was dirty - furniture was broken and poor quality- extremely poor standard- had to pay for parking
