Clean and location was good

The bathroom lock was faulty on door and my young daughter got locked in the bathroom for 20minutes had to fiddle with the door and eventually it opened but it was a very traumatic experience , I reported it to the owners and they claim the door is fine on inspection and my daughter must be incapable of turning the lock the right way! This was not the case at all Very rude and unprofessional. Also the sofa was not cushioned at all it was rock hard to sit on honestly it was like cloth over a wooden frame, the stool to the dining table was also broken and the Internet was constantly disconnecting making it hard to watch TV ie netflix etc as there was no Ariel to watch normal TV. We had no choice but to leave after spending 1hour and half there because the children were so unhappy and we have been refused a refund.

location, very spacious, comfy bed and reasonable priced.

Heat outside so can’t blame the property but getting ready was a task. No fan or air-con.

Everything... Apartment size, cleanness, location and quick response... I was offered a free late check out.

Good location close to shops and train

It was very dirty and multiple things damaged such as bar stool, water leek on roof or very stained walls and ripped wallpaper, dirty couch, terrible matter on camp bed

The closeness to the venue I was attending. The apartment was set up with everything we needed. The main bed was large and comfortable.

The TV was small, the sofa was uncomfortable with marks on it and the pull out bed needs a new mattress.

The Bed was really comfortable. Managed to fit me, my husband and our toddler. Really clean and smelt lovely. Would recommend!

The toilet took ages to fill and flush. Only 1 toilet roll but luckily we brought some spare with us. Other than that, can't think of anything bad. Would definitely book again.

Great location, parking very close, main bedroom, bathroom and kitchen fantastic

Property was advertised as suitable for 4 people, I would have given 5 stars if only 2 were staying as main bedroom was great but the 2 pull out beds were awful I’m afraid, the sofa pull out was a bit dirty and rock hard and the pull down camp bed needed binning, the springs were dodgy and the mattress has definitely seen better days, such a shame as if they buy new camp beds this will be a 5 star property
