Apartment 1

Fantastic location for visiting Manchester. We travelled to watch football. The apartment is directly opposite Eccles train station, with trams and buses a 5 minute walk away. The train to Manchester Piccadilly takes 15 minutes It's a Lots of bars and food outlets nearby. Nice modern apartment with all appliances you would need.

The only issue with this accommodation is the beds. The main double bed is actually 2 singles put together, which separated during the night! The fold away bed should not be counted as somewhere to sleep for somebody. It was like trying to sleep on an ironing board. The mattress is basically non existent. It sagged so much in the middle that it was actually more comfortable lying on the floor. The large sofa bed was also uncomfortable to sit or lie down on. All of the "beds" in the accommodation really need to be replaced. The noise from trains really isn't too bad. Once you hear it for the first time, it isn't really an issue. Also there really aren't that many trains using the line. There's only 1 train an hour going between Manchester Piccadilly and Liverpool.

Spacious and comfortable and tidy, good value, and close to amenities. Happy overall, would recommend to friends and family. Good size for a family visit. It was very close to Sea life centre and Trafford centre. Parking was good.

The mattress on the fold out bed was very flat and worn, a bit lumpy. And there was a box shelf in the bathroom which was a bit awkward as my partner bashed his shoulder on it..

The apartment was lovely and clean, very modern and spacious.

Cannot be advertised as a four bed there was a camp bed in the living room. The sofa was that narrow and rock hard. Couldn't even enjoy sitting on it to watch tv 100% wasn't going to let my child sleep on it.

The location was good. I found it hard to find, but the owner was calm and helpful despite myself getting aggitated. The apartment itself was spacious and had all the necessities needed to be away from home.

The shower was unusable as the door was broken, inside of it was grimy/mouldy. The bed was 2 single mattresses put together, wasnt good for my back or comfort, unfortunately didnt sleep much, but the bed had enough room for me and my 2 sons. The flat is facing the train station and somewhat ontop of the track so when the train went past the room vibrated. Also loud. The sittingroom sofa needs replacing as warn down and unclean. The walls are very thin in the room, the neighbours can hear most of whats happening in the other apartment. I wouldn't stay here again, but a good location for train watchers.

The location and parking was superb and great communication with the owners

Stains on the ceiling, rugs on the floor that were slippy and dangerous. No sugar in the pot. Sofa bed was uncomfortable. Dirty sheets on the spare sheets. Not enough pillows. Noisy neighbours. Dirt and food wrappers behind the blinds. Doors don't shut. And only one toilet that is in the main bedroom.
