"Disappointing"

The location is excellent. Parking was easily accessible and despite being near a train station, we had no issues with noise.

We paid for a 4 birth apartment. The pull out bed was broken and not safe for a child to sleep on. Despite getting in touch with the provider on the first day of arrival, this had not been resolved by the time we left.
