The location was good and the room had a balcony overlooking a stream and gardens. There was a bathroom as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen facilities were pretty good.

There was an insect infestation between the ensuite bathroom and bedroom on at least 2 occasions during our stay. Whilst the team did a great job cleaning it up, I would have expected them to find the source and tried to seal the area off.

Het was een fijne locatie met security. Comfortabel bed en de badkamer was erg netjes.

Helaas had ik de eerste twee nachten last van kakkerlakken. Hier heeft de staff wel gelijk actie ondernomen en een pestcontrol laten komen. Daarna geen last meer van gehad. Het zwembad van de villa’s ligt de hele dag in de schaduw. Waardoor je niet even lekker gaat zonnen bij je prive zwembad.

We had a great stay at Alex Villas in Canggu. The townhouse was very spacious, modern, and always clean. We especially loved the stylish design and the relaxing atmosphere. The service was excellent — very friendly, helpful, and always quick to respond. We felt welcome from the very beginning. Great location in Canggu, beautiful accommodation, and definitely highly recommended. We would absolutely come back again!

The only negative point was the pricing at the pool area. The prices shown on the menu did not match the final bill. You order based on the menu price, but end up paying a higher amount. When we asked about it, we were only told that different prices were stored in the system. The Team at the Pool wasn’t really supportive in this case. We would suggest to eat at the pool area.
