Great location. Nice big sized room and very clean.

Extremely overpriced for what it is. The food was not the best either and very expensive. I know this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but there was a lot of building work going on around. They also had a maintenance team repairing a roof in the hotel with loud radios playing. This they could have done something about, let guests know and/or apologise, but didn’t.

We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were amazing. The manager Gabrielle and staff were very friendly and resposive to any issues. The rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable, good shower with hot water, refridgerator in room, close to the beach, pools were cleaned daily, breakfast was excellent. We were also able to use the Boca Olas amenities next door. The hotel is in a quiet area of El Tunco but close to everything. Improvements that we would have liked are minor: the rooms could use a few extra hooks for towels and the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable. The front pool area needs a few more lounge chairs and some shade as it is very hot in the afternoon.

things I didn't like . near the restrooms were some fake surfboards . I would of LOVE to see some real surfboards for rent since is surf city . the property is missing a great opportunity on renting chair and umbrellas beach is rocky the sand is black so some chairs would been perfect. The food and drinks efficiency not the best since is coming from another hotel making service slow. Breakfast seating area was missing a couple of TV'S. The property already has some electrical plugs for 2 TV's. that area is great for watching sports and is near the bar$$ Last thing faster internet service .

El hotel es nuevo, muy lindo, decoración preciosa; sin embargo, tienen personal también nuevo que no sabe cómo manejar protocolos de servicio. Al llegar de entrada nos dijeron que teníamos que pagar más por mi hija de 15 años; lo cual no comprendí porque pagué por una habitación con tres camas para tres personas. Luego, Tuvimos una terrible experiencia que habíamos dejado nuestros pasaportes en la cajilla de seguridad, cuando llamamos la forma en que lo manejaron no causó confianza, primero nos pidieron el código, le dijimos que ya ibamos de regreso a sacarlos, luego que tenían que sacarlos porque venía otro huesped. En el camino de regreso, volvi a llamar y les dijimos que nos ibamos a quedar una noche más, entonces dijeron que sí estaba disponible la misma habitación, nos preguntaban por donde vienen, lo que no causó confianza tampoco. Al llegar y hacer check in, asumimos que estaban en la cajilla porque no nos dieron en ese momento los pasaportes, cuando llegamos a la cajilla ya no estaban, nos asustamos mucho, y regresamos al lobby y los tenía la misma persona que nos hizo check in. Su preocupación era más si ibamos a pagar anticipada la habitación que resolver y darnos tranquilidad. Allí mismo en el hotel estaba un amigo que trabaja en la embajada, pienso que deben recibir capacitación sobre cómo manejar situaciones delicadas para que no se asusten los huéspedes de situaciones así.
