Good location for the train and tram It was ok value for money and only needed a sleepover
It really needs updating No tea towel even after we asked if we needed one Oven gloves would be good too

This place is very unloved, photos are quite deceiving. Lots of things broke and noise from surrounding apartments is loud from thin walls. Train was also quite loud

Apartment was clean If it wasn’t for other issues out of the owners control it would have been good value price wise
Right next to Eccles train station which we hadn’t noticed when booking - so very noisy trains passing Noise from other guests in the building partying - broken glass , sick etc outside - all night Radiator in bathroom not working so was freezing and toilet seat was broken Had to ring owner as woke up to water pouring through ceiling in bathroom and bedroom and therefore had to just get dressed and leave early - disappointing that no refund was offered as it was so bad
