The space and location

The sofa was so hard and uncomfortable

It was clean and very big with an amazing decor and was in a good location to walk in to Whitby

Very stylish appartment , great shower, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and fab location.

Those steps from the 2nd to 3rd floor are a killer 🤣 it’s not as if we weren’t warned !

The location was great, the facilities were fantastic and there was a lot of space! The outside area was an added bonus too. It felt comfortable and homely as well as being boujee too!

Only because we had a child with us, but maybe an inside lock on the door to the apartment. We placed a stool against it, just incase he woke in the night and tried the wrong door.

Clean and tidy

The location

Location was great.

This was a tiny top floor apartment. Very steep stairs to access it. No wardrobe for clothes, you can't even walk around the bed. Walls need paint touching up, lots of chips. Certainly not the luxury apartment we were expecting. There was a problem with the boiler, loud banging / knocking when the heating was running which couldn't be fixed during our stay, our hosts did try their best to arrange repair, arranging an immediate call out from a plumber and paid for a meal for us.

Apartment was very spacious,beds were very comfortable and it was spotless and lovely and warm was like a home from home

Getting woke up from the neighbours above at 6.30 the whole house shock ,dog was barking .furniture Getting moved around ,it was really bad had no consideration for people below them and kept slamming front door,
