Beautiful, very unique place. Large and spacious.

Online check in took 20 minutes, had to do it while standing on the street with our bags. Blinds in the bedroom and bathroom and a kettle in the kitchen would be a nice addition too.

Clean and comfortable and with its own garage located close to city centre. Misses out on 5 stars due to noise from bar opposite which went on until 2.30 in the morning. And the phone app-based entry system very hit-and-miss given the poor phone reception in the narrow street. The light switches are eccentric and need sorting. Well equipped kitchen, but could do with a kettle and a microwave.

It was a perfect location in the center of the city!!

I would recommend a bit more flexibility on check in and check out time

Location is the only plus of this property.

Extremely complicated directions to enter the property. It required finding the buzzer on the outside of the door, which by the way the name was incorrect (backwards), then pressing the enter code at the same time on your phone to open both the front door and an inner gate. Host was downright hostile to us when we expressed our inability to enter and wanted to conduct all communication via text til I insisted she call me. Luckily some residents were leaving and helped us enter the building....they also told us that we were not the first to experience this problem. All the lighting in the apartment is flood lights placed high on the corners of the rooms and the couch in the living room was uncomfortable and constantly falling apart. Also, no written instructions anywhere in the apartment so we had to call our "host" with every question and were told that everything was online.

The apartment is huge, very high ceilings, very spacious. And yes, you get some frescos just for yourself in the living room:) The area is just lovely, Piazza Maggiore is a pleasant 10-minute walk away. We loved the neighbourhood.

Arriving in mid November meant that we wanted the flat to be reasonably warm. Well, it was 18 degrees inside, the AC barely worked and the host .. didn't know the pin to the heating panel which turned on the radiators. It actually took her 24 hours to send me the right 4 digits and the second night was much warmer. We also had another unpleasant adventure - the electricity was out in the apartment on the second evening when we returned from sightseeing and since the access was only electronic (through a link) we couldn't get in. The host gave us the code to the keys in a lock box so we got inside and sat there in darkness wating for somebody to come and fix it. I guess such innovations are too tricky for a country like Italy where electricity goes out often for no reason. If you add to all that the fact that the gate to the garage didn't close properly I'd not repeat the stay at this place:(

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Lovely spacious apartment with high ceilings, paintings on the ceilings.

Unusual security arrangements. Courtyard entry and exit reliant on phone connectivity. Main door entry only with a key code. No additional way to lock the door from the inside.

Good located, big place.

In my opinion not for a family with small child, they don't have doors at the stairs and it's very dangerous. Big apartment but not so cozy inside..with a small balcony that wasn't cleaned well... we didn't receive any support from Host, even a called few times, none answered ort called back...just some messages.
