Very spacious and nice apartment

The communication with the landlord was not very smooth, they didn’t understand what we were asking them and were replying too slow on some things that we needed immediately.

Lovely palazzo, very spacious

I asked the management for extra toilet paper, and she said they weren't a hotel, and she stated we were given enough for our needs. We were 5 adults, and there were 2 whole rolls and 3 mostly used rolls. No where else we stayed had an issue when we asked for something or ran out of anything. Considering the cost, I felt this was rude.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location. We only stayed one night but would have been very happy to stay longer.

Light globes in laundry area & staircase were not working. Needs a curtain/privacy for upstairs bathroom. It was not fun bringing our luggage up this stairs! : )

WONDERFUL PLACE! Large, clean and stunning style of restauration. I think best you can have for that rate. Regarding parking: we had trouble to manage buying an admission ticket for the ztl zone (webpage of bologna authority in italian only….). We decided to head for Agosto parking lot outside ztl; 9min walk; 24 eiros per day; perfect.

The house was very clean, big and just renovated.

We have a big car and entering the garage was a challenge

Everything was perfect. Very near to the center, a lot of bars and very good restaurants nearby. The apartment was really spacious, the ceiling with frescoes made it vey unique. The apartment has all the amenities, besides the two bad rooms, the kitchen is separate from the leaving room, both very spacious. Very clean. The check-in on live and with the dye instructions given from the host was very easy to access the apartment. Thank you, for all - Suela
