The location is quite far from the city

Good location, nice bed and good internet

Slightly far from the main downtown area (15-20min uphill on the way back), but excellent stay overall. Room was spacious and more than reasonably clean, and staff were extremely nice (very helpful, yet reserved). No room heating (as expected for the suggested price), but hot water shower with good pressure, and electric blankets.

No air condition control even the room had They said what you get what you pay, only supply heat pad on the bed even weather is very cold.

Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere

We had a room with awesome mountain views - tho we've seen that some of the other rooms don't have windows at all. The beds have electro-heated mattresses - that was also amazing! Everything else is just fine - nothing special but more than okay. The hotel is at the top of the Sa Pa, so we usually went down to eat or shop in the city center (10-15 min). We recommend the "Cinnamon" restaurant - very tasty grilled tofu or meat and it is closer to the hotel (5 min).

Clean room and heated bed Staff were very helpful. They booked a 1 day trek as well as hiring motobike for 1 day.
