The toilet smells. I have to close the door so I won't smell it and there's no window. Lastly, the bed sheet feels unclean, I can sense tiny bits of I dunno what

Really nice staff, clean room, big bed, hot shower! Not too far from main town centre. Cheaper laundry services available. And a very cute, healthy, and well looked after kitten running around.

I liked that this property is good value for the price. It is not at the center of town- about 15 minutes walk downhill (but uphill coming back). By cab it costs about 35,000 dong from the center of Sapa Center. I liked that they provided bed warmers since I was here in January 2024 when it was too cold.

I didn’t like it that everyday someone would sneak into my room, a staff member I think, then sneak out without telling me. This irked me a lot thus the very low rating. I felt this was a violation of privacy and trust. They didn’t steal anything or touch my stuff. Still, they would come everyday. I knew since when I suspected it I laid a trap by the door to see if it has been moved. And it was moved everyday. One day someone came in when I was in the shower. I wasn’t pleased at all. I think the hotel should be honest and say it outright if they want to confirm that the room is in good order and tell you upon check in rather than doing it behind your back. I don’t think they knew that I knew but I did. Also, when I requested for a motorbike from the hotel they got me a very old bike in a bad condition. Many times when riding it in the villages it would go off and not come back on. I wouldn’t stay here again because I know I can get another hotel in Sapa with the same facilities and same price but without this violation of privacy and trust.

I don’t like the location far from the city center and you need to walk up a steep hill to get back to the hotel from the city and taxi don’t want to give you a ride to the hotel because it’s too close and not worth it to them
