Comfy bed good facilities

Windows nealy chopped my fingers off

This was, by some margin, the worst accommodation in which I have ever spent time. The wallpaper was peeling off the corridors and landing, the carpets were stained and, quite frankly, stunk and, as for the bed, well, I wouldn’t have expected my aging dog to sleep on it. The bathroom was basically a poking, mouldy cupboard with a water pipe within and a toilet that would make a glastonbury portaloo blush. There was someone hammering downstairs relentlessly and, as if to accentuate the hideous state of the place, the only lighting available was the main ceiling halogens, showing every grotty nook and cranny.

The location was perfect, but that was all it had to offer

The room was small, dirty, shabby, and smelt of cigarettes, mould in windows dirt on walls and doors , very small, bed broken, bathroom door broken wouldn't shut, couldn't get hold of any one to speak to, I wouldn't recommend this stay to anyone.

The location

Room was very clean, Bed was comfy. Location to the historic part of the city very good. Plenty of parking within 10 mins walk. Will likely stay again.

Cornflakes ,milk ,jam bread.5mins you are in town . Lincoln cathedral ,found eating breakfast out exspensive £15 for breakfast then add on tea toast.

No tv in room .
