We didn't use the breakfast facilities at the property. It was a fantastic location for enjoying the beautiful city of Lincoln. We were able to park in a small carpark literally just a few minutes from Danesgate for the length of our stay. The parking charges were very reasonable.
Actually there was nothing that I felt needed improvement.

It was a good location, easy walking distance from city centre and food places. The host responded quickly when I text the number with a query despite it being quite late in the evening, which I was very happy with.
No TV in the room. The room was extremely hot and the only way to cook was to open the window which was a bit noisy with "boy racers" in their hot hatchbacks being a bit boisterous just down the road. Shower floor tiles were cracked and no bath mat so was quite slippy when I got out.
