not there staff issue as they can't help this but walls are thin so you can hear others quite easily

Uncomfortable bed, no coffee in room, tiny cramped space

The room was clean, with good facilities and nearby parking. The location is convenient for the castle quarter. Communication from the owner was good. I liked the keypad system, it was easier than having to keep track of keys.

The room was very hot, with a very fluffy bedspread that was too much for the summer and no fan. The location is also very noisy, with motorbikes going up and down the street late into the night.

Excellent location. Coded locks worked well. Information prior to checkin was clear.

Room not cleaned fully before I arrived. Items from previous occupants still in room (toothbrush, toothpaste, vape on floor) and bin not emptied.

Great location. Short walk to the shops, bars and town centre. Within easy reach of Lincoln cathedral and Lincoln castle.

Fleece sheet on the bed, the listing stated air con in the rooms but there wasn’t any. The rooms was heated and there was only a small window that opened 3 inches at the bottom. The room was far too hot to sleep. The lights are halogen spot lights which made the room warmer. There was no reception and no staff available at the property at all. The towels were small hand towels. There was no bath mat so stepped out the shower and slipped on the floor as the entire bathroom was covered in steam from the shower. There was no tv in the rooms the communal lounge was really small.

Warm shower, water fountain. Price was good, Wi-Fi was good.

Room was too hot, no fan or air conditioning. No dustbin in the room itself. Small fridge and milk was not restocked for breakfast. Cotton bedsheets would have been better than the woolly ones on the bed.

Location, cost of stay. Tea and coffee.,wasn’t clear if breakfast downstairs was for all guests, so didn’t use it

One of the rooms wasn’t ready, so had to share another room. But told the host and they processed a refund immediately

I liked everything about where I stayed, it was quite perfect location.
