Good location

shower door doesn't fit and causes water to run down the side Corner of the bed broken Needs small bedside lamp Shared kitchen - not clear if food is shared. Fridge full - unable to put food in & unsure if the food inside was to share Couldn't find bins -needs one in toilet and in kitchen.

We found the location great, very central and the check in process was straightforward.

The cleanliness of the room was pretty shocking. There were stains all over the walls, the bedding quality was terrible and I had a red eye for a few days after and my friend woke up with a rash the next morning. The room was 1000 degrees even with the window open and I didn’t enjoy the openness of the code box, we felt very wary of who was around us when we were checking in early hours of the morning as we thought anyone could have been watching us and followed us up. For a night out, it was bearable as the location was good but anything more than that and it would not have been worth it, especially at the price. I would have expected a much higher standard for £100 a night!

Awful place.. very scruffy and run down.. marks all over walls, damp on bathroom ceiling.. all bathroom floor tiles cracked. Big ball of hair was floating around the floor. The bottom sheet on the bed was a fluffy blanket despite it being 26 degrees. No tv in the room.. nothing good to say at all.. location not great. For the price it was diabolical.. worst place me and my partner have ever stayed! Avoid!

Not one thing

I didn't even stay, mattress covered in urine and blood, smelt of urine everywhere the whole place was dirty.. I have held off giving a revue for several months . I contacted the accommodation immediately and asked for a refund, they told me it was booking who would give this and unsurprisingly they say it has to come direct from accommodation. In the meantime I went elsewhere and had a lovely stay in Lincoln. So beware booking.com have not got your back, a very disappointed customer. Not sure it would be helpful to put my pictures on here.

Location

Room is not so clean. The mattress honks and lighting is poor in the room. There are no lamps available.

This could be an excellent place to stay, the location is really central.

It was so hot, even though I had the window wide open (noisy!), exacerbated by the awful polyester bedding and teddy bear sheet. The heated towel rail in the bathroom pumped out heat on full blast in the middle of summer. It was quite dirty, with marks all over the walls and skirting.

Location was excellent.

No air conditioning or fans, the room is so hot! Who puts fluffy sheets on in the summer it makes no sense! Also would have been handy if there wasn’t a code on the toilet.

Excellent location, clean, handy snack area for breakfast and a costcutters 1 minute walk away

Was a little noisy outside bin men, delivery vehicles but my earplugs sorted that out
