"Friendly budget priced accommodation that provides good value for the price.. friendly staf"

Lovely clean and well planned accommodation. 3 toilet/shower rooms (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs. 5 rooms (sleeps 12 in total) all tidy and airy. Friendly staff. 2 large kitchen areas (guests use of fridge, kettle and microwave as well as dining equipment (plates, utensils etc) tables/chairs in kitchens. Breakfast is toast, selection of jams/cereals, tea and coffee (including filter coffee which is very nice to offer) In my opinion very good value for money as all basic needs met. Thanks especially to James very friendly welcome and making sure our stay was comfortable. Highly recommend. My husband and I will definitely stay again

No complaints because all basic needs met. Lovely accommodation!

"Great crash pad for the New Forest"

Great crash pad for a couple of nights Good value with a comfortable bed Continental breakfast included Good location for the new forest Fish & Chip and Chinese takeaways within walking distance

Nothing really considering the amount i paid I wasn't expecting 5 star hotel

"Simple, clean and handy for Fawley"

Perfectly located for New Forest Classic bike ride. Host was efficient, kitchen facilities clean.

Has agreed to store bike inside but was instructed to store outside. Bed not the best.
