Asukoht oli väga mugav ning parkimisega ei olnud samuti probleeme ning parkimiskohti oli tänaval piisavalt. Korter ise oli väga mõnus ning valgusküllane ning korteris oli olemas kõik eluks vajalik. Suhtlus võõrustajatega oli hästi tore ning võõrustajad olid väga vastutulelikud.
