Korter asub kesklinnas, renoveeritud majas, aknad avanevad õuealale, meeldivalt vaikne. Lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel kõik kesklinnas paiknevad kohad, ka bussi- ja rongijaam. Korter on maitsekalt renoveeritud ja sisutatud, kõik vajalik ja enamgi veel oli olemas, sh riiete riputusvõimalused magamistubades. Hubasust lisas valgusallikate variatiivsus, sh lugemislambid magamistubades. Köök hästi sisustatud, meeldis, et olemas olid ka maitseained (pisiasi, aga suurepärane lisa lühiajalisel peatumisel). Hubasust lisasid maitsekad hooajalised interjöörikaunistused, mis lisasid hubasust. Kõik oli läbimõeldud ja funktsionaalne. Väga meeldiv kogemus, aitäh!
