Everything, the host is thoughtful, even toothpaste, kitchen paper, tissue are provided. Temperature is perfect, not too warm and not too cold.

The washroom is a bit too small. Location is 10-15min walk from the city centre, but it should be an issue if you don’t mind the short walk, and the location guarantees you a nice quiet environment
