The pricing

The bedsheets and mattress were dirty The bathrooms were poorly stocked and the shower water leaked through the wet area and created a pool in the dry area Hair dryer was ancient and the key slot wouldn’t ever work

The most pampering place there is, a very pleasant shower, a large pool most of the time empty of people, a large room, an amazing breakfast and an amazing staff that meets us for every request.

The staff are super friendly and made us feel welcome from start to finish. Our initial room AC was not working, but they changed it and upgraded us to the suite immediately Sri lankan breakfast was also very tasty.

When there was a local power stop, they had a backup and the conditioner kept working when all other places had to deal with extreme weather. Amazing
