The staff were so friendly and accommodating - nothing was too much trouble for them. I’d particularly like to thank the Manager, Danny, for helping us to extend our stay; Helen for her kindness and sunny personality and Rae for going out of her way to recommend places for my daughter and I to eat and drink in Manchester city center.

The bedrooms were a little ‘tired’, otherwise everything was great!

"My stay was comfortable but there is room for a lot of improvement"

staff is very good,, and the size of the bed is great.

cleanliness in the room especially behind the curtains was not good. The carpets are very dirty and the bathroom mirror looks like it's been there for over 70 years. Very rundown. And please please you need to get mixer taps the water is Scalding hot.

Good location in the village, staff pleasant and good food

Hotel could benefit from a bit of updating here and there. Eg. Lift, carpets and some decor.

"It was ok did not sleep well as room very hot bed very uncomfortable"

Location

My room small shower poor, also electrical socket is not right plugged fan in and it kept cutting out then realised plug was very loose inside socket not safe needs replacing
