Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very clean beds were really comfy

Lift shutter was very noisy, especially at midnight

Staff were friendly, food was nice

The room was badly decorated with grey paint on the ceiling and white walls. The double bed was pushed up to the wall leaving only one side free to get in and out. The bathroom tap dripped as it was hard to turn off. The shower head was badly broken and sprayed upwards over the top of the curtain, wetting the entire floor, mirror, sink and even the back of the door. This stay was not worth the money we paid.

Pleasant and helpful staff, breakfast ok with plenty of options.

Room was extremely dated, paint peeling from ceilings and walls. Needs a refurbishment desperately.

The location and the breakfast were excellent

The room was a little tired and is ready for a refurb. It was difficult not to burn your knee on the heated towel rail, whilst seated on the loo. We booked because the hotel has an EV charging point, However, we were not able to use it as both connections are the same and we needed a Type 2 charger connection. As good as the DT is, I will have to look for another hotel with the appropriate charger connection for my next trip.
