A lot of steps

The location is right in the heart of Perugia very close to everything.

Great location in the center of town. It was also very spacious. Nicole was very responsive when asked questions about the town with excellent suggestions for dinner.

Nothing

Gorgeous, spacious, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms which worked out perfectly for our group. Two full baths and lots of comfy sofas!

Nothing—we loved it all!!

The apartment is located at the centre of all activities. Shopping, sight seeing are steps away. The apartment building is well maintained. It was super clean and tidy. Nicola has put in a lot of thoughts in providing all necessary amenities. Everything is handy and Nicolas is super responsive.

As it’s on the 3rd floor, the water pressure is a bit weak. Of course, the stairs sometimes will frighten guests away. However, the apartment is super comfortable.

The location is excellent, right in the center of the beautiful, medieval town of Perugia. The living and dining room face via Mazzini, a pedestrian street with stores and restaurants, so there is the pleasant hum of activity during the day but it is quiet at night. The bedrooms, facing the back of the building, were extremely tranquil. Our host, Nicola, could not have been nicer and responded quickly to the few questions we had. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, with good light during the day. It was perfect for our family of four.
