Nothing at all the are very rude people

That the gave a guy my room key more than once and I am missing a hundred dollars and the room was falling apart and dirty and the would not do anything about it

I was charged twice once for $129 and once for $149 for the same stay . Probably bookings.com problem but frustrating Most expensive stay there. Ridiculous
