The rooms were nice and clean as usual.

The staff wasn’t very good at the front desk. In the morning house keeping was beating on the door 10 mins after 9:00 when check out is at 11:00 not cool. I went down stairs at around 9:30 to 10:00 to get coffee and maybe a little breakfast but they had already put everything away. What is going on with this Place I’ve staid here in the past several times and it was a lot better. I won’t be staying there again for along time.

Bookings and Ramkota charged me for TWO rooms .. happy in fact very happy with the first still very upset to pay for a second room that I could not use

Location was great. Breakfast, was good.

The day staff was so sweet and accommodating. Zack and Christine did a nice job with the breakfast they include here. Breanna front desk manager solved all the issues that came up with the rooms we had.

Every room had something broken in it. First room was the lock and we had to keep programming our cards. Second room no air wasn't working. Third room, no seal to fridge and balcony door was broken. TV was very bad reception. Pool for the kids is great. Maintenance here could be better those employees didn't seem to care much.

The breakfast attendant was absolutely phenomenal. I didn’t catch her name but she was a sweet woman on oxygen. She was the only good part of our stay.

The beds were hard. I asked for an early check in, called the day before and the person told me they could do that. The next day, I called around the time of the early check in and a different front desk person told me it wasn’t doable and I couldn’t check in until 3. I got there at 3 and waited at the desk for fifteen minutes, got my key, went to the doors and couldn’t get in. The place looks worn out and there’s paint chilling everywhere. The beds are hard as a rock and there’s black specs in random Spots and looks like bugs. There was also a random pile of sand in the bathroom by the pool. Won’t be staying here again. Not worth the money
