Casper Boutique Hotel and Conference Center Formerly Ramkota Hotel

Loved it. First time staying and really enjoyed it. Staff was amazing. And all the amenities they had inside the building, was pretty amazing. Clean rooms, bedding and towels. Definitely recommend and will come back when needed.

We reserved a poolside room they originally put us in a non poolside room. We went to the front desk and let them know that we had reserved a poolside room they sent us down a long hallway to a room with a poolside door but when we went out of it there were poles with long black curtains everywhere and with my motorized scooter I could not get to the pool that way. So when we checked out we informed them and they said it didn't matter that they were setting up for a banquet and that we still had a poolside room when it was not poolside. I looked at the prices for the evening and a regular queen size room with two queen size beds was $11 because they said it was poolside they charged us $163. I spoke to the receptionist about this when we checked out and she said there was nothing they could do. I also asked for a receipt from our stay and was rudely told that she could not give us a receipt because we looked with booking. No I realize it's only a $50 difference but in today's economy $50 really makes a difference. Also the bathrooms are so tiny I could not use the toilet and shut the door at the same time. The walls must be thin because when somebody next to us decided to take a shower and brush their teeth at 3:00 in the morning it was all audibly clear I could hear the person brushing their teeth. The pool they have only goes to 3 ft not very swimmable just more of a walk around and type of thing more suitable for children than adults.

The hotel charged me an additional $130, on top of bookings.com. Made it a very expensive stay. I would appreciate a portion refunded.

Location is great since we went to a concert at the Ford Center, breakfast was ok no to many options though.

I booked a room with a pool view and was put in room 137 which does not have a view of the pool. Main reason for the pool view was in case my kids wanted to swim and I could step out to check on them.
