The staff doesn’t answers fast, don’t solve problems and the door stays open even in the night

The property had comfortbale beds and provided towels. Price was great and nice to not have to make the bed upon arrival. Modern rooms

They removed the door connecting the room to the hallway 1/2 through the stay. The bathroom sink does not work. The shower head is broken and needs to be held. The Location is terrible. Ljubiana is a small city, but this is a 30-minute walk. Everyhting else will be closer.

Unreliable, Stay away. Not to go i would hace give them 0. Inaffidabili State alla larga. Non andate Avrei dato 0 Falton. Quedarse Lejos.

I have written to them just after the booking when was still possible to cancel for free the reservation. They wrote me that we would have had a room fully booked for my family. But once we arrived we found one other guy in the room. We have tried to contact the reception for over 1 hr and they only responded once booking contacted them. We finally went to an other hostel. We trough in the bin 120euros. I honestly think booking should refuse to have this place in the list. One person can decide to stay in cheap hostel in a super hotel, is not about how clean/not clean is the place. Booking should guarantee that host respect what they comeet for. We booked 8 bed in 8 bed dormitory ( with written confirmation room fully booked for us) they assigned us 8 bed in 9 bed dormitory ( that does not exist on booking for this place). I would have expected full refund. STAY AWAY NOT TO GO
