No stuff, dont respond on phone calls

Terrible place. We arrived after reception closing time and entered using info sent to us via message. Upon entering we were slapped in the face by a strong smell of mold, while the inside of the "villa" looked more like an abandoned building with damaged walls, old wooden doors and such. Information was that our room is on the third floor, and when we reached the 2nd floor we saw warn-down wooden spiral stairs leading further to the top floor. The apartment had severe wear showing everywhere, from old and damaged furniture, dirty shower, up to the bedroom stocked with beds (two worn-down bunk-beds, one single bed and two single beds pushed together to pose as double) so that moving through the room was hard, squeezing between the beds). On top of everything, the door between the rooms was approximately 1.6-1.7 meters tall, so that even my children had to bow-down to go through without bumping their heads. Upon seeing the apartment, we immediately left it, packed the keys back in the safe-box and left the "villa", even though we drove to Ljubljana from Graz (Austria) and continued the drive towards Sarajevo (Bosnia). That is hopefully sign enough how awful this place was. I will of course attempt to get a refund in a separate process, but I hope that this review will help other people to avoid making the same mistake I did when I booked this place.

Nothing. Smeling soo much bad inside.

Smel inside was terible. I was not able to sleep. Dirty soo much. No hot water to take shower. Destroyed toilets..

It was a good experience and it's worth for the lowest price in the entire Ljubljana.

Reception was closed, i didnt get room number when i arrived and they didnt answer phone. Then i left and i’m not paying for it

Just bed ,no toilet, no heater remotes too poor

staff, cleanliness, pictures do not correspond to reality. promised a refund, we didn't get it. shame on you. I will make the owner SIMONCIC MARK public
