I was expecting to Stay on Winkups or Golden sands as this was what was advertised but we were put on Palins site which is pleasant enough it was just we would have preferred the sites we booked due to location nearer to beach without crossing main road as we had our grandsons with us one of them is Autistic so doesn’t understand the dangers of the roads

The only things my comment is the payment of £170.00 Access pass fot 5 aduts and 2 kids to use the amenities like Swimming,Bingo,Etc. which is not aware for extra payment?We did not expected because we had a plan already to visit 2 castle the Conwyn and Caernafon Castle on the following day.We did not even had the time to use it because of our short stay.I cannot cancel on the day we are about to check in.That i need to pay the £170.00.otherwise we cant go to our caravan.I feel i been forced to pay for wasted money.Please Note be specific about booking extra payment for any access for the facilities before your costumer booking.This is the first time i been disappointment about this booking.Access Pass should not be paid unless the customer want to use it.Should not be Mandatory.

GBThe Winkups holiday park itself was ok. Bathroom was clean and plenty of hot water in the caravan.
I booked a caravan with two toilets but were allocated a caravan with only one. The caravan although seemed clean on the surface was tired and needed updating e.g scuffs on the walls, rips in the flooring, stains on living room throws and sofa, grease marks around the cooker, curtains kept sliding off the rails, cupboard door hanging off. We had an issue with the sewerage pipe falling off the caravan, informed the owner who called maintenance. The pipe was repaired while we were out but there was toilet paper and waste left underneath and at the back of the caravan. Would not book this caravan again!

Nothing to do with Dawn and jdc, but the on site facilities are poor. Recommend you do not eat at the restaurant. Food took an hour and 20 minutes to arrive and 3 of the 6 dishes order were incorrect.

Booked Winkups and ended up in Palins! No balcony which was stated. Only one railing on the stairs into the van! No freezer! Dishes under the sink with cleaning products!
