Great place to stay in the middle of ULM. Very large space.

Good location close to center. Property was clean with working netflix account so i didn't have to login. Most of the facilities required for the apartment was there. Automated check-in and check-out process so felt smooth and light was also good.

Feel a lot like a corporate space with a blend of antique items, but I will leave it to personal taste. However, the real problem was a very small squeaky bed as an uncomfortable bed is a big deal. A bathroom without a door and just next to the bed where baby kept waking up due to automatic powering of exhaust fan as soon as you step in. The list of house rules were shocking, I couldn't list them down but must be like 50 odd rules to follow to not get penalized in the property. This makes your stay a lot sour than you enjoy it. Nobody does any damages on purpose or rather verify if anything is damaged already in the property. So this was shocking at best. I generally dont book anyrhing that asks for security deposit but i still paid. I didn't check the critical reviews and property rules before booking, but I will say its passable as price wasn't cheap for like €115 a night. Another major problem was baby stroller wasn't allowed inside the flat and had to go down to the basement every time to put it there and get it back. I also requested the support team to allow it but wasn't helpful. I understand rules can be important but some exceptions should be made for a 1 year old baby. I requested that baby specifically sits on his stroller to eat food and doesn't make it messy, but I got a negative response. I am not going to share any pictures from the property since it forbids posting anything online. So, I just shared the facts.

The location is good

I recived a lot of e mails over 20. Check in process is complicated no reception. The apartment looks like it was a shop floor. Nothing to feel welcomed no couch to sit. Unpleasant furniture. Bed extremely squeaky and uncomfortable.

I really like the location of the apartment, which is in the center of Ulm. Very convenient.
