La struttura è centrale e vicina ad un parcheggio

Pulizia dell’appartamento molto sommaria, pieno di formiche in camera da letto e nel soggiorno. Ho trovato un calzino sporco nella toilette probabilmente di un cliente precedente. Il bagno è aperto sulla camera da letto e sulla cucina, con solo una tenda alta a dividere toilette e doccia dalle altre 2 stanze, con il lavello del bagno direttamente nella camera da letto! Mi sono stati addebitati 59.50 € di multa per non aver lasciato 8€ in una cassettina per aver usato 1 ciclo di lavatrice ed 1 di asciugatrice. Quando ho chiesto spiegazioni, prima mi è stato detto di aver portato più ospiti rispetto a quelli dichiarati (cosa non vera, ero con famiglia, 2 adulti e 2 bambini), poi han ripiegato con l’uso della lavatrice e asciugatrice! Infine sulla chat è intervenuto il proprietario minacciando azioni legali se avessi messo una cattiva recensione in maniera maleducata e razzista, dicendo che ha appena vinto una causa perchè degli ITALIANI avrebbero fatto una festa e portato diversi ospiti e rotto cose, in maniera discriminatoria. Pago i miei 59.50 per l’uso della lavatrice/asciugatrice, dopo aver speso 171€ per una notta, arrivati alla sera alle 18.30, cenato fuori e fatto il check out alle 10 della mattina seguente, ma non posso esimermi dal recensire in maniera molto negativa appartamento e host. Our customer experience was the worst possible ever. The host attitude made me feel like there was no confidence toward guests, and we never felt at home, as every potential initiative (eg. cooking) would have resulted in damages and therefore in sanctions - fines on the paid deposit. If travelling with kids, I'd strongly encourage you to book somewhere else, where pillow cases cleaning and late check in would not result in doubling the final bill.

We did not like our stay at this porperty, because they have lots if strict rules with high penalty charges. The rules are available only after you have booked the porperty and paid for it. We are traveling with fanily and have always been respectful for all properties we stay. But housekeeper found two small stains which are not washable at her opion and they charge 150 eur from our deposit. It is ridiculous, for that amount you can buy 5 new towels. We did nor know that we have check very stain on the towel. It is better not use them.

There are so many rules that you feel so unwelcomed and unconfortable. Such unpleasant stay we have for the first time for 20 years travelling. We suggest not to stay here.

The location was convenient with a close enough parking garage, although this looks closer on a map.

Do not book here! We stayed at this apartment during a family road trip and unfortunately, the experience was far from relaxing. It took us nearly two hours just to read through the rules and instructions (I would guess at least 20,000 words of small print), which immediately set the wrong tone. The property came with a long list of fines for almost everything – from leaving marks to forgetting to message at checkout. A €400 security deposit was also required (refunded afterwards), but with so many warnings about losing it, we didn’t feel comfortable touching anything. Instead of being a peaceful stopover, it felt stressful and restrictive. Our children most uncomfortable. As regular travellers, currently on a month-long trip with our family, we’ve always been respectful of properties we stay in. This is the first time we’ve felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable, and it’s made us consider choosing hotels in the future instead.

Zentrale Lage, sauber, sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Wir durften die Fahrräder in einem Kellerraum einschließen.

Sehr aufwändiger Buchungsprozess incl Scannen des Personalausweises und Hinterlegung von 400 Euro Kaution. Kein abgetrenntes Badezimmer, Dusche und Waschbecken sind mitten im Zimmer. Übermäßige Hinweisschilder im Appartement, was alles verboten und was zu beachten ist.

the apartment is nice, well positioned and quiet.

i really disliked the check in process - by far the worst from our road trip. they charge a guarantee of 400 euro that they give you back in some days after check out - we had no problem getting back the guarantee. but the way you have to give it - make a selfie, scan your passport. just for staying 2 nights… also they charge big penalties (from 25 to 300 euro) for checking out late - also we had no problem, but the idea is bothering. it creates stress when you are in holiday. i understand that there were problems with other tourists, but for shure i would prefer to pay 20% more for other apartment if i had read the rules.
