I never gained access to property host told me it was unavailable customer service said they can’t do anything until they speak to host and 2 days later i still have no refund £150 gone for no reason plus i had to lend more money to book another place to stay placing my self in debt unacceptable

Not to far from the beach.

The shower was hanging off the wall the hallways smelt.. the sockets on the wall was hanging off.. I was told by the property owner it was due a deep clean and repairs and wasnt suppose to be listed in booking.com which decided to online refund me 70£ out of my 230 for the 2 nights in which I never stayed i was there for a few hours before I left

Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr war eher überschaubar, teilweise schmutzig oder defekt, das Bett sehr weich, nur eines der Fenster lässt sich öffnen, wegen des Souterrains nicht bei Nacht

We liked the location, was nice and quiet.

The shower was not pleasant or comfortable. No setting that made the temperature stable. It went from uncomfortably cold to dangerously hot within 1 minute. The pressure was low and tubing leaking.

Good location, straightforward stay.

All the mugs, glasses and cutlery were filthy; stained, greasy, lipstick etc. I think they are assuming the previous residents are washing up well. It affects how you feel about the overall care and cleanliness.

Location was good

There was an exposed broken plus socket with wires exposed by the window. Very dangerous. Two fans provided neither worked so room was roasting. Window didn’t lock which looked out onto entrance for all flats so couldn’t leave open anyway without everyone seeing you. Communal Entrance is literally painted black, very dingy and plaster coming off walls. My biggest issue was the flat next door, people coming at all hours and one couple even banged loudly on our door after midnight asking if they could come In and party with us. Also had our door tried twice after that. Not the hosts fault but the flat next door is an issue.

Great location, it was very clean.Excellent facilities and a comfy bed. There was good communication with the owners prior.

The wifi kept going off. Not a massive issue because we were out and about.
