No staff no supervision for unruly guests .no hot water .not sure how you are supposed to clean your self

Place was absolutely disgusting! Burn holes in sheets, pillows were dirty ,kettle was stained yellow and had some sort of residue inside, condements were all out of date, blind in bathroom didn't shut and was stained yellow and had ash marks all over Windows did not close properly and kept banging with wind all night!, top floor where me and children stayed stunk of cannabis and stale smoke floors were dirty there was no soaps to clean or wash hands with shower did not work properly had no clean drinking water
