We are disabled steps I tried to explain this the steps were horrendous, it was soo run down dirty.

Nothing.. turned up to smashed window turf turned, up was dirty and stunk of cannabis. owners didn’t greet us left us sat in the front for ten minutes to go in another room then came out and passed the key said room 10 stormed up stairs then not another word said. not at all welcoming my own fault for not looking while booking

Terrible experience at this property where the reception area was bloodstained and dirty and the same followed with the rooms which are not habitable.

It stunk there were bugs

room was finebed was comfty however on the top bunk mattress is t big so my child wouldnt sleep on the top as scared she fall out as it was very high staff was cluess like didnt even check properly to see if we actually book in was like oh here ur keys

staff could of least be more welcoming and knew that we was coming

Absolutely nothing it was disgusting, i would of rather represented myself as homeless and curled up under a nitted blanket, this place is horrid

This place is disgusting, drug deals, crack heads, the place wasnt even sutible to use the toilet it was horrible, stay away seriously or if you decide to stay go and buy a bag of something to take with you to make u feel at home

Stay clear this place is awful the room was not as the pictures the shower had nail clippings in when we arrived and still there 2 days later toilet door hinge hanging off broken windows big hole in the floor trying to get in touch with the reception was impossible and on the back of our room door had a bar sticking out which my disabled wife fell into someone opening and slamming a door at 415am. I have tried adding photos and it would not let me

Room could of been cleaner and listening to people use the toilet in the morning for a poo isn't nice to listen to toilet right next to hotel room could hear everything
