Riad Tzizwit Boutique Hotel & SPA

Had an amazing stay at Riad Tzizwit in Marrakesh. The staff was very professional, the manager was kind and welcoming, and Othmane at reception was super helpful and friendly. The riad is beautiful, clean, and peaceful. a perfect spot in the heart of the medina. Highly recommend!

The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL!!! Youssef, Hansof and the person that served breakfast, the property was beautiful and really strategic as it is located in the heart of the medina. I really lived my Moroccan dream in this riad and I want to go back. If you have the chance to stay at this riad, please do so.

The location was very central and close to popular sites. Only a 15min drive from the airport. The Riad was beautifully decorated and offered a wide range of services. Staff were very attentive from the moment we stepped into the Riad. Hamza at reception was amazing- even if he didn’t know something he would go out his way to find out for us.

This Riad was very difficult to find. The doors of the room don’t have a proper lock and have a large gap in the middle that someone can peak through. The walls are paper thin you can hear your neighbors cough. The bathroom is tiny and awkward to get in and out of, also the shower drain doesn’t work well and floods the entire bathroom when showering. The mattress is rock hard and there’s no headboard or proper night stands. Also no mini fridge or tv in the rooms. Waited 40+ min for breakfast… nobody came up and once I was finally served it was all very tasteless and cold. Only stayed one night coz I was horrified with the room and lack of service…. still waiting to get refunded for the rest. There are many better riads in the medina for less, I wouldn’t stay here again.
