Riad Tzizwit Boutique Hotel & SPA

The staff is amazing, very nice and helpful and really really kind! They organized me a surprise for my birthday and it was special! The breakfasts are astonishing, the best we had in Marrakech!! The room was beautiful and clean, the terrace very nice! Naima was the perfect host ! I highly recommend the place!!

Just the pool water is very cold, so you can use it only in summer, even if is open all year!

We had a wonderful stay at Riad Tzizwit! Traveling from Agadir to Marrakech, a car was arranged for us, making our arrival seamless. Upon reaching the city, a team member met us and guided us through the maze of streets to the riad, which was greatly appreciated. Tzizwit is ideally located just a few hundred meters south of the main square—close to the action but peaceful at night. The riad itself is stunning, beautifully decorated, and full of charm. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ensuring we had everything we needed. One of the highlights was breakfast on the rooftop, where we enjoyed delicious food with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains. Everything about our stay was perfect—10 out of 10! We will definitely be back.

Location. Staff are wonderful, hekpful, and joyful. Breakfast is fine (not great).

Spa treatent and hammam experience was not great. Was there with a friend. 2 masseuses administed the massages on 2 tables so close together, There was very little space between the tables and made the experience uncomfortable for both of us. They should have told us before the massage and we would have scheduled them separately. Need to upgrade their spa services in the Riad.

Where do I begin! The property itself was absolutely beautiful, immaculately clean and in a fantastic location. The terrace was stunning, offering great views over Marrakech as well as a lovely place to relax in the sun. What made the trip for us both though was the outstanding service from all of the staff. We were made to feel so comfortable from the second we walked into the riad - they were so attentive and caring. Such a lovely group of people… it was hard to say goodbye :) We will definitely be returning in the future and want to offer our biggest thanks to the staff for going out of their way to make our short stay in Marrakech as wonderful as it could be!

Very nice hotel, rooms fairly spacious

The staff were so friendly and did everything to make our trip smooth and easy. Allways happy and smiling. The location was perfect and the hotel itself had all the typical cute morrocan designs and furnishings. We were very pleased with our experience

The riad is in a very good location, just 1 minute from the Jemaa el-Fna, in a silent, cozy street. The accomodation is very nice, the view from the roof is beautiful. The staff is very helpful. Abdul is the BEST RECEPCIONIST ever. Thank you for your help. Special thanks for the cook/waiter, the breakfast and dinner were delicious.
