Location is good. Front office staff is good. The only good thing is Khaled 😊 helpful, courteous and respectful.

Stench. Dingy and Dirty bathrooms. “I don’t know what “ kind of a breakfast 🤔 The guy who served us the breakfast was snobbish and looked very upset about requesting anything extra like a piece of bread.

The location is in middle of medina and souks so a good place to be in to enjoy marrakech. The staff is super friendly and they also help with any tours or airport drop off

The common area of Riad is pretty including terrace for breakfast and the swimming pool. The room we stayed in was very basic and the bathroom was also old, it was clean but the shower area should be separate so that water doesn’t spread in the whole bathroom.

Just a problem with the payment that has been charged totally a few days before the deadline for the free cancellation but not for staffs fault

It is a beautiful place and very central. The roof is lovely and the rooms are very clean. Breakfast was cooked freshly as you arrived in the morning, varied daily and was delicious!

The staff were lovely, but I would not recommend booking an airport transfer with them back to the airport. It’s about double the price of a normal taxi, which I was happy to pay for the connivence and (what i assumed) reliability. I booked the transfer 24 hours in advance with them and paid, however when the time arrived no one was available. I ended up trying to convince a staff member for 20 minutes to get us the taxi for to the airport, which unfortunately made for a slightly stressful end to the trip. Id happily stay again, but I’d recommend booking any transfer through GetYourGuide instead, which we booked to move around Morocco. This was a cheaper and very reliable service.

Good breakfast, the staff is so polite and always wanted to help. They have a transfer to the airport that you can pay by card at the reception. 4min walking to the main square (jemma el fna) and to the souks. 10min walking to bahia palace…

The bathroom gets all wet when you shower, because there’s no protection.. and There are some pillars in the hotel that you need to be careful not to hit your head on , for real! 🤣
