ATSehr schönes Gebäude, wunderbar eingerichtet mit einem ganz besonderen Flair. Überaus freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Extrem hoher Wohlfühlfaktor.
Die Dusch- und WC-Türen knacksen beim Öffnen ziemlich geräuschvoll. War nachts etwas störend.

CHSchönes altes Gebäude und sehr elegant eingerichtet. Rommservice sehr nett und sehr ordentlich gearbeitet.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel war leider sehr schlecht. Hotel hat auf Emails fast nicht reagiert. Für die Reservierung im Restaurant habe wir fünf Anläufe gebraucht. Das Essen ist sehr kostspielig aber leider nicht gut. Das Hotel hat Potenzial es muss aber am Service und Qualität gearbeitet werden.
