i like there is free drink for guest , clean bed room

When I entered, I checked all the rooms. The small room floor was damp, like the aircond hadn’t been turned off for a night, but the staff only said ‘lantai memang lembap,’ which didn’t really address the issue and without providing any proper explanation or solution.
