Nice room, shared kitchen. Close to Eden project. Affordable.

Room 5 toilet overflows when the power is off. Owner did not warn us off this fact despite power cuts predicted for whole of Cornwall. Owner unsympathetic and unapologetic re flooding. Owner controls power from phone and keeps temp low to save power.
