"Poor service & location. Bad behaviour of Manager."

Nothing at the hotel.

Poor staff. Bad behaviour of hotel manager. Very poor location, conjusted. Lot of sound at night so u cannot sleep properly. 1st day AC was not working. Day 1 hotel manager asked me to stay in another hotel and he will allocate me next day. When I opposed since my senior citizen father and my 9 yr old niece were with me, instead of being kind, he asked me to cancel the stay if I do not agree to his terms. Pathetic.

Location was fully narrow & ambience of room is ok.

While our stay for three nights, everyday early morning by 6:30am AC will be switched off and on request hot water used to be provided that too should for 5mins to turn the shower lever towards left. Everytime calling them for these two issues embarrassed a lot throughout our stay. Restaurant rates are too high.
