Everything .... worse area to stay... bathroom filthy... smelly room... noise... and fo not leave your room for a walk especially if your a woman..

The bedsheets were not clean at all. I asked staff to change when I checked in. I was told they will change in the evening and once I reminded in the evening, they said that can’t. It’s not worth paying 2.5K if you can’t even get a clean bed. Very unhappy.

The hotel claimed to be a 3-star establishment, but in reality, it was more like a 1-star dump. Difficult access to reach, with no parking available. The hotel is situated inside a narrow alley where you can only reach by walking. No dedicated restaurant, only a kitchen with limited options of food that were far from impressive. Guest toiletries were poor, with only a small soap provided Hot and cold water was only available on one faucet. No locker space and the room lock was faulty and not getting locked. The rooms were just average, and the bathroom was below average. The deliberate exclusion of these shortcomings from the booking website and reviews is just downright dishonest and deceptive.
