Fun place. Spacious. Great set up with the coffee. Hot tub good!

Location a little questionable—you can’t really walk anywhere. But fine

King-sized bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped and spotless. Laundry facility was greatly appreciated. Hot tub an added bonus.

Modern updates, clean, well appointed home in a convenient location for getting on the freeway. Enjoyed the spacious kitchen, courtyard jacuzzi, big screen TVs and modern bathrooms

Nicely appointed & comfortable, with everything you could need. Nice, comfy king sized beds in the 2 bedrooms. Comfy sofa (with a pullout bed we didn't look at), laundry room, stocked kitchen, and even a record player, which was a nice touch. Large TV in all rooms. 2 nice bathrooms. For dining, board games, or jigsaw puzzles (we brought ours; didn't notice if they had jigsaws but did see a board game or 2 if I remember right) there's the large bar/counter space, coffee table, and a small dining table for 4. But we spent most of our time out at the table & seating on the patio and in the hot tub. There's a small view of surrounding the mountains - not really from the inside but on the deck you can peep it. It's gorgeous at sunset. There was ample space for our group of 3. Would be comfortable for 5-6. Plus, a spacious off-street parking area just for the house.

A little funky layout but that's no biggie. We loved the place. Not too much natural light inside or big picture windows, but there's a nice big sky light and it was cool & cozy inside which was nice cuz it was warm in ABQ when we were there.

Beautiful place, great amenities

Loved the whole space, definitely enjoyed the hot tub. We definitely made use of the space during our stay. Loved all the little added touched the hosts included to make our stay enjoyable.

Parking can be a bit of a challenge if both properties are being utilized. The entry from the road is also a bit rough.

The decor and layout were lovely. The hot tub was perfect.

Some additional sound cushioning around the street-side door in the master bedroom would be a good idea.
