honestly the worst hotel experience i've ever had. the room was a complete mess—found dirty panties left in the dresser drawer and the bed frame was literally broken underneath. the AC was so weak it took over 3 hours just to get the room to a bearable temperature. the biggest issue is the safety. the door wouldn't even latch shut unless you slammed and yanked on it, which is terrifying when you're trying to sleep. even the elevator sounded like it was falling apart, making loud screeching and jerking noises the whole ride. when i tried to tell the front desk at checkout, they just brushed me off and said i should have complained earlier. stay anywhere else in waverly but here.

Was not told elevator did not work on coming down from third floor. I recently had bad surgery and I am waiting on surgery for knee. This was very painful having to walk down stairs.

Location beds comfortable

The hot tub was lukewarm not 100°, that's a cold hot tob needs to be 103-105. I've owned one for years.
