The staff at the front desk were nice.

The mattress was broke down and sagged in the middle, there was a stench in the hallway of weed. We got in the hot tub AFTER taking showers and the nastiness that came out of it (the jets) were absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!!!! The lights were so dim that we couldnt see the filth that was floating in there until we drained it. I will NEVER stay there again and will warn as many people as I can not to stay there. We have sat in may hot tubs in many hotels we have stayed in and have never seen anythubg so disgusting!!!!

Location was great for our plans. Breakfast was very disappointing. No hot food. Jimmy dean breakfast sandwich that could be heated in microwave or bagel that could be toasted. Apples oranges or packaged muffins pop tarts danish mini donuts

Chose to stay 3 days 2 nights for the hot tub and heated pool, but it was closed when we arrived at 3pm and remained closed through the time we left 2 days later at 10 am! There was water in both the pool and hot tub. Was told there was an issue with the filter?!?!

"ridiculous cost for such a short stay - arrived after 4 pm Sunday, left by 7 am the next morning."

the breakfast was just a few items - packaged donuts or cereal and milk.

They charged me $63 for a "stained towel and pillow case" - possibly from washing my face, face cream??? I'm sure it could have simply been washed out!!! unreal. The room had food from a previous guest on the floor.

The bed was very uncomfortable I tossed and turned all night it was lopsided and the hot tub jets were angled up and sprayed me while I was in bed while my bf was turning it on
