Food

Staff, poor hygiene and cleanliness. They charged 18%tax on food bill. Staff not cooperative. Everything seems to be under rationing. Not recommended.

Bathrooms should have a bath stool, mug and bucket. Soap cakes and shampoo sachet were missing

Nothing ! Avoid ! Don’t fall for marketing and pictures. They are really deceiving

Everything from basic, soiled linen and towels, broken and dusty and smelly rooms. I would not stay even for free.

We went to reception and they told us that booking.com have not send confirmation of our booking so i showed my confirmation and they did not agree after 1 hour hassle they gave us the rooms.we booked 4 rooms and they were dirty and insects in the room and bathroom was dirty.went to restaurant it was smelling
